The family of the deceased have submitted to HM Coroner court that they feel that foul play has not been ruled out. Two men climbed onto the wheelhouse of the Landing Craft and only one returned.
This is a military investigation which lacks the openness and public scrutiny that a full inquiry should have and indeed no formal conclusions from this investigation have yet been made available to the family.
