Secondly, it is not accepted that it will be appropriate for the Inquest to conduct a "full Middleton inquiry ... to address the possibility of foul play" as suggested on behalf of the family.
No evidence whatsoever has emerged from any of the investigations undertaken to date to suggest that foul play is a possibility in this case.
